Jabulani Gcwabaza is an Audit Manager at SNG Grant Thornton with over three years of professional experience in financial services and audit. His work includes audits of the South African Reserve Bank, the Central Bank of Lesotho, asset-financing entities, securitisation special purpose vehicles, and investment advisory and asset management businesses.

He brings strong technical knowledge in IFRS, financial instruments, and regulatory reporting. Jabulani joined the Board of Ngoba Abalimi Poultry Primary Co-operative Limited in September 2026 as an Independent Non-Executive Director, contributing financial expertise, governance insight and commitment to sound financial oversight.

Nkosinathi Madlopha is a finance executive and board advisor with rigorous external audit experience with hands-on executive leadership. He currently serves as CFO of Stayblz (Pty) Ltd and brings strong expertise in IFRS financial reporting, internal controls, and enterprise risk management.

As an Independent Non-Executive Director of Ngoba Abalimi Poultry Primary Co-operative Limited, he contributes sharp oversight in financial governance, capital allocation, and King IV-aligned compliance to support sustainable growth and commercial stability.

Ndondo Sikhulumi holds an LLB and an LLM in Medical Law from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN). Having volunteered at ProBono, she brings a strong commitment to service and a legal perspective to the governance of Ngoba Abalimi Poultry Primary Co-operative Limited. She joined the Co-operative in September 2026 as an Independent Non-Executive Director, contributing to the Board through independent oversight, legal awareness, and a commitment to sound governance, accountability, and the Co-operative's long-term sustainability.

Bukwase Nxumalo holds an LLB and an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Johannesburg. She has experience in financial regulation, AML/CFT compliance and regulatory risk, with a particular interest in corporate governance, financial integrity and emerging financial technologies. Her legal and regulatory backgrounds enable her to contribute an independent perspective to the Board deliberations, with a focus on sound governance, accountability, regulatory compliance and long-term organisational strategy. She joined the Board in September 2026.

Inkosi Nontobeko Hlongwane is the current inkosi of the AmaNgwane Traditional Council, a position she has held since 2023. AmaNgwane is the fourth largest traditional communities under the Ingoyama Trust in KwaZulu-Natal in terms of land size.

She brings strong leadership and governance experience from her role as a traditional leader and Chairperson of the AmaNgwane Traditional Council. She joined the Board of Ngoba Abalimi Poultry Primary Co-operative Limited in September 2026 as an Independent Non-Executive Director, contributing leadership insight, community knowledge and a commitment to good governance.

Ayanda Nhlabathi holds a National Diploma in Community Extension with a focus on Agricultural Extension from Mangosuthu University of Technology. His studies covered crop production, agricultural economics, land-use planning, and the transfer of practical farming skills to communities.

He has practical experience in the hospitality and food service sector and currently provides technical advice and support to the Kholakazane Chicken project, a community poultry initiative in the Bergville area.

Ayanda joins the Board of Ngoba Abalimi Poultry Primary Co-operative Limited in September 2026 as an Independent Non-Executive Director, bringing agricultural extension knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting small-scale poultry enterprises.

Njabulo is an Accountant with experience in the financial services sector and agriculture. He brings strategy, a strong understanding of IFRS, corporate finance, valuation, research skills, and financial and investment advisory experience including portfolio construction, asset allocation and risk management. He also holds director positions at the Covenant Foundation and Seventh Day Agric Enterprise Holdings (Pty) Ltd. He joined Ngoba Abalimi Poultry Primary Co-operative Limited in March 2026 as a Director and Chairperson.

Khosi brings a rich background in teaching and community engagement to our board. She joined the Co-operative in March 2026, taking on the roles of Secretary and Director.

Makhaiso previously worked with the Makhosini Project Co-operative, a significant piggery project in Ngoba. Through this experience, she gained a strong understanding of community dynamics and agricultural operations. She joined our Co-operative in March 2026 and currently serves as Treasurer and Director.
